A little ray of sunshine

Gray skies are starting to seep into Seattle as summer comes to a close. It begins with morning. You wake up to morning fog (that morning being today) and you know nine months of gloom is rapidly approaching.

There’s no denying that the overcast skies don’t play into mood and energy levels, but before the summer sets I’ve made a plan of attack to handle anything the northwest throws my way. And it all came to me in a yellow box.

A little Sunshine in a Box

Okay, so I didn’t come up with an attack plan on my own. Okay, I didn’t play a part in the planning of the at all (all of MY thinking was outside the box). I was lucky enough to get this care package in the mail from my family to “brighten” up my day and I must say, it worked wonders!

I wish I could say my winter attack plan was receiving daily care packages from my family (so I could sit back, relax and enjoy it’s awesomeness), dealing with the Seattle doom and gloom will require a little bit of work on my part….and judging by this morning’s fog, I have an estimated 23.5 days to figure that plan out. Thoughts?
